All eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable once the QR code or activation details have been delivered via email, SMS, or through your account dashboard.
Refunds or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Incorrect selection of destination, data plan, or duration.
Device incompatibility with eSIM technology.
Early termination or partial use of the plan.
Issues caused by customer error during installation or activation.
2. Delivery of eSIM
eSIM QR codes or activation instructions will be sent digitally to the customer’s registered email address or account immediately after successful payment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct and accessible.
3. Device Compatibility
Customers must verify before purchase that their device supports eSIM technology and is network-unlocked.
LEMME TRAVEL – FZCO is not responsible for failed installations due to incompatible or locked devices.
4. Activation and Usage
Customers must follow the installation and activation instructions provided.
Once activated, the validity period of the eSIM plan begins immediately.
